Gifts of Hope Fundraising Breakfast
In our community, one in every five people struggle with a mental illness. The Mental Health Center of Denver is dedicated to "enriching lives and minds by focusing on strengths and recovery" for those impacted by mental illness.
Mental health recovery guides our work. With one in five Coloradoans needing treatment for mental health at some point in their lifetime, our focus on recovery and resilience is essential to the community’s well-being.
Recovery means that people with mental illness are living healthy, productive and meaningful lives in our community. Resilience focuses on early intervention and prevention, and promoting positive potential in children, adolescents and families.
Each year during the month of October, we hold our annual Gifts of Hope Fundraising Breakfast. More than just a fundraising event, Gifts of Hope is an opportunity for the Mental Health Center of Denver and members of the community to share ideas and learn more about how together we can make an impact on mental health in Denver.
