Resource Centers

Welcoming your donation for recovering families

Our A New Day Family Resource Center serves children and families who are impacted by mental illness by providing essential services and access to a food bank and free thrift store. As families come to A New Day to receive food, clothing, and household supplies, they also gain access to parenting classes, help with job-seeking and other support services. If you would like to donate furniture, basic hygiene items, or food items, you can drop off your donations on Tuesdays from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

If you would like to make a donation to A New Day Family Resource Center but are unable to make it during drop-off hours or the item is too large, pick-up service is also available.

Please call 303.504.1575 or email NewDayFamilyResources@mhcd.org to schedule a convenient time.

Donation Center

The Donation Center accepts donations of furniture, clothes and household items, cleaning supplies, small appliances, toys, food, even bicycles. Consumer workers at the donation center refurbish and organize donations. Each week consumers are able to pick up needed necessities free of charge. Many consumers use donations made to the resource center to set up their first home in a very long time. Your in-kind donations are tax-deductible. You can make donations at the Resource Center or call for pick up. The donation line is 303-892-5594.
