Transform your mind and body with a variety of high intensity exercises to improve strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, balance/stability and mental clarity. Workouts are constantly changing to force you to push your body to new levels and to promote change. Classes are beginner-friendly and tailored to individual fitness levels. Cost $5 drop in fee.
