FIT is a beginner/intermediate fitness program designed to increase cardio and strengthening by implementing workouts which do not require a gym nor weights. FIT increases physical activity while motivating individuals to “get started’. Once an individual learns a routine that they can duplicate at home, despite their busy schedules and/or fitness levels, it sets them up for successful results.
