Creating Safe Spaces for People to Talk About Well-Being in Their Communities

Healthy Living is a community-based education program offering groups focusing on eight areas of well-being. The program is part of the Mental Health Center of Denver’s Child & Family Services and is open to Denver community members of all ages. Prevention-focused groups are offered in schools, transitional housing programs, community centers, churches and senior residences.
