Healthy Living is a community-based education & wellness program offering free private classes in schools, senior residential and transitional housing programs in Denver. 
Occasional public classes are also offered by Healthy Living and occur at Dahlia Campus.

Healthy Living is a community-based education program focusing on the eight areas of wellness. Groups are offered in Denver, Park Hill and at Dahlia Campus.

Private classes are always free for Denver residents in schools, senior residential and transitional housing programs. We also occasionally offer public classes, which are free and occur at Dahlia Campus.

We offer many different classes, not all of which are currently scheduled. For examples of previously offered classes, please click on the areas of wellness below.

One does not need to be enrolled in services at the Mental Health Center of Denver to participate in Healthy Living classes.
