A New Day Family Resource Center

We help children and their families bridge the gap in meeting their basic needs while working towards self-empowerment and healthy life choices.

Case Management

We provide case management services on a referral basis as an additional level of support for children and their families currently receiving clinical services from Mental Health Center of Denver programs.

  • Case management provides:
  • Ongoing individualized needs assessment
  • Coordination of care
  • Referral/linkage to community resources
  • Monitoring of care plan implementation

Case management also provides community support interventions to promote symptom stability, improve coping skills, increase socialization, and enhance successful functioning. Services are available in English and Spanish.

Our Deaf & Hard of Hearing Services team provides specialized outpatient mental health care for Deaf and hard of hearing children, families and adults in the Denver area.

Healthy Living

Healthy Living is a community-based education program offering groups focusing on eight areas of well-being. The program is part of the Mental Health Center of Denver’s Child & Family Services and is open to Denver community members of all ages.

Hospital Liaison

The Child & Family Hospital Liaison coordinates care between the Mental Health Center of Denver and local hospitals to ensure a smooth transition.

Integrated Care

We believe mental and physical health go hand-in-hand, we cooperate with clinics across Denver to assist pediatricians in assessing possible mental health issues.

Outpatient Groups

To enroll in groups or other services, contact our Access Center at 303-504-7900. 

Anyone not enrolled in our services will be scheduled for a 30-minute behavioral health assessment to provide an overview of our services and ensure individuals are matched with the group or service that will best meet their needs.
